Baby sure likes to eat! But only the right food, at the right time.
When my stomach gets used to a certain taste it usually wants it to continue. Switching between different cuisines or even dishes, even meal to meal, can be hard. The other night I had a sushi craving and left work with avocado and yam rolls. But that wasn’t enough – I needed more, and made hubby pick up another round for a later dinner.
Yesterday it was cheezy pizza that baby craved. So in addition to a filling salad (with chick peas) I got TWO slices.
And tonight, my insides just feel off. Any food combinations I consider cause an inner twinge, so, once again, hubby is stopping for take-out: this time, Thai green curry.
I can see my careful budgeting going out the window :(.
