Self-care

Today I walked up and down the stairs in my building (3 flights) 3 times. And one time in a nearby building, up another 3 flights. Walked a bit around campus for meetings. And did yoga over lunch. Self-care!
Now: am heading to bed. Because I”m wiped, baby just went to sleep, and sleep is seeming to be one of the most important things for me lately.
