It has been a time of running circles through alternate futures, constant debating over where to go and what to do, until we&#8217;re exhausted, arguing and sick of thinking about it. What to do?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We went on a trip. The idea came less than week before we left, and grew from a three-day visit of me and my daughter to see my sister and family, to all three of us, to a spousal trip to check out life on the Island, to almost two weeks of traveling, camping, visiting and being in nature as much as we could.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We are back, refreshed, relaxed, happy, connected, and optimistic about a future direction that is slowly emerging.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In the meantime, we enjoy the view out our back window and the wildlife we get to enjoy even in our busy city.<\/p>\n<p>      <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/static1.squarespace.com\/static\/55ab3776e4b0a0d1a30020ee\/55ab37aae4b031edd6f97b53\/55ab3817e4b01127a12b6a43\/1437284385621\/IMG_1466.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It has not been a time of peaceful reflection.
